- Half of a small/medium pineapple
- Handful of cilantro
- 1/2 to a whole spicy, red chili pepper
- Half of a red onion
- 1/4 tsp salt
Add ingredients to a food processor and process until desired consistency. Add more/less pepper based on your taste. You can also use a less spicy pepper, like a jalapeño.
Eat with tortilla chips or top BBQ black bean/ “Beef” seitan tacos.
